DDM Health is a data-driven digital health and virtual care company that is on a mission to empower people to live healthier, happier lives - and we're hoping to care for 1 million people by 2026.

Founded in 2012 by Arjun Panesar and Charlotte Summers, we believe that digital and virtual health has the potential to revolutionise healthcare and make it more inclusive and equitable for everyone, regardless of their background or circumstances.

By co-developing our solutions with the people who use them, our industry-leading, cutting-edge, precision health solutions allow us to provide more targeted and effective care tailored to each and every person's unique needs.

Our culturally and linguistically appropriate health solutions are designed to reduce health inequalities - meeting the specific needs of over 56 cultures in 19 languages - and show cutting-edge acceptability from patients and providers alike. We're proud that our digital solutions show leading acceptability from black and ethnic minority communities.
